Bogost.com provides users with access to content and community features using the familogue™ engine for content authoring and delivery (the "Service"). In order to use
the Service, you must obtain access to the World Wide Web, either directly or
through devices that access web-based content, and pay any service fees
associated with such access. In addition, you must provide all equipment
necessary to make such connection to the World Wide Web, including a computer
and modem or other access device. Bogost.com may at anytime change or update the "Terms of Service" as stated herein.
Member Conduct and Services
You agree to not use bogost.com to:
1. Upload, post or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
2. Harm minors.
3. Impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a bogost.com official, forum leader, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
4. Upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements).
5. Upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party.
6. Upload, post or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
7. Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service.
8. Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law.
9. Collect or store personal data or information about other users.
10. Stalk or otherwise harass others.
11. Upload, post or otherwise transmit advertisements, soliciting, chain letters or pyramid schemes.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion
of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service. Bogost.com reserves the right to review and screen all membership requests. You agree that bogost.com may, at its sole discretion, grant or deny membership for any reason. Bogost.com reserves the right to cancel the membership of anyone at any time.

Bogost.com does not screen communications in advance and is not responsible for screening or monitoring material posted by its users. If, at anytime, you view material that you find offensive or unsuitable, please email alert@bogost.com. We will investigate the situation and decide whether or not to edit or remove the material.

Exclusions and Limitations
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OF SECTIONS 12 AND 13 MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
